Absolute 5 star service from James and the team at Spokes. To be fair, the amount of money I spent there I would expect great service, but even before committing to purchase James was answering messages at all times of the day and night. Indeed, it was this communication which finally convinced me to buy from him.
Very happy with the service provided, staff all seem to know what they are talking about, no pushing to buy something you don't want or need. I highly recommend James and his team.
There IS hope! I popped by Spokes this morning whilst on a 30km ride - I simply needed my headset tightening. So I was pleased to see Spokes open even though it's so close to the festive season. Entirely Covid safe, masked staff, uncluttered store, and staff clearly mindful of distancing. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by friendly staff who took my bike quickly to perform the adjustment. The guys explained what they had done, all performed quickly but with clear expertise and keenest attention to detail. They also checked my torqued bolts to ensure they were correctly installed. The bike was purchased from Halfords online and assembled pre-delivery - I didn't trust Halfords' work at all and I will only be using Spokes from now on. My experience this morning restored my faith in customer service, expertise, attention to detail and kind genuine friendliness. Nice one guys. I'll see you soon! (They even offered me a coffee!!!).
