I thought my previous healthcare provider was bad ....WRONG ! I went with NOS thinking they would provide better care- BIG mistake. They have stone walls between a patient and a specialist that are beyond belief ! Be prepared to always get voice mail when calling so they can call you back when it is convenient for them. Between them and insurance pre-approval you may aquire other health problems in the interim before seeing a specialist for your original condition. Sadly since there are so few doctors and so many patients they know there value and unlike most other professions, can continue to operate in this manner. If this is indeed the case I only wish that some of these medical organizations ( like NOS) would PLEASE stop advertising for more clients when they know they already have more than they can handle.

We had a horrible experience at this facility. My husband was referred here by our family practice doc for his carpal tunnel condition. He is in excruciating pain & not able to sleep or even dress himself due to the pain. My husband is also in treatment for cancer. & as a result of his cancer treatment he is balancing the beginning of a Thyroid Disfunction.. he has looked forward to this appointment for his hands for over a week because he needs som relief for the continuous & crippling pain. While he was waiting in the office he began feeling uneasy in his stomach (a continuous issue because of the meds he’s on for cancer & thyroid) The office staff offered him a bowl to throw up in & then informed him that the doctor was refusing g to see him ... “because he is sick” my husband explained that he is not contagious but sick to his stomach do to cancer treatment & new thyroid meds.. the doctor agreed to see him over video.. once they met (on video) the doctors was rude, impatient & dismissive, he offered no help at all.. he asked question & then didn’t allow time for a response. I called the office to inquire (all of the Whats? & why’s?) but have not received a call back from the “office manager” my husband, as I write this review in right now is being seen by a whole different orthopedist, one I called & got a positive response from in less than one hour. This doctors was very concerned about his condition.. he is offering many modalities for relieving the pain while he is still In the diagnose & planning stages of this issue.. I will never go to or refer anyone to northwest orthopedist. Ever!

I had an MRI performed at Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists on orders from my doctor (who also practices at this facility.) Due to the carelessness and/or incompetence of the MRI technician who performed the procedure, I suffered a permanent injury. I would not recommend Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists to anyone needing an MRI.

Dr. Stewart did surgery to repair my Achilles Tendon. The entire staff the day of surgery was amazing. From checkin through back to the car the staff was on point telling me what would happen and supporting me through the process. I highly recommend them and Dr. Stewart.
