I was denied a COVID19 test even though this is the hospital of my Primary Care Manager. My PCM referred me to an ENT specialist and it was required prior to surgery. And the lady with the central appointment line was rude and unprofessional. She hung up the phone and would not provide me her name for a complaint. 27 years of service and this is how we are treated. This is why so many veterans are disgusted with the VA and their processes. Need less to say, official complaints have been filed. Extremely disappointing.

I and my wife have been going here for the last 10 years and we have never been disappointed in our medical care. Very Clean and friendly place.
Good Drs and good medical help. They would be a 5 in my book if they still had an emergency room. Wish they still had the ER.
I did this rating many months ago and kept changing the number of stars ️ it should get. I put a 1 down, then changed it to 3 just in case I get payback, then to a 3 because nothing will change anyway and a low mark might piss the administration off.. So like usual, the VA is like a merry go round with high expectations and little results so I put 1 down. Huge turnaround in Doctors makes for disasters. Ok, now it is a 3. Lets see if anything works on that.
My PCP is phenomenal! However, some of the other departments are lacking dedication and following through. Also the eye clinic and staff are great.
