This guy shouldn’t be a pediatric specialist. He has all the caring, personality, and empathy of a warm fat free plain yogurt. His staff are equally warm and caring- they actually laughed at me when I asked a question, and when they diagnosed my little boy with a serious condition gave me zero information about it, wouldn’t have the doctor call me back about it, and were just rude in general. The only reason there are two stars is because the diagnosis was correct and they did a thorough battery of tests. But the follow up of Dr. Dezenberg and his staff is laughable and the way they treat patients is contemptible. Practices that operate like this make it all the more clear that most doctors work for the insurance companies, not for the patients.
