They're brilliant with babies and kids doing hand and footprints. They do ladies nights too where you can bring your own wine and decorate something of you're choice! Lovely place to visit!

I think they prefer older children and adults. Their expectations of a 4 year old are unfair instead of saying it's lovely he was told \That's unique\ and not in a friendly way. Maybe some staff are more suited to younger children or the lady was having a bad day. We won't go back or recommend to family with little ones.Art is meant to be unique anyway.
It was busy as it was half term but they could not be nicer. Lovely, helpful and friendly. Great place for kids and grown up alike.
Love it here! It's just a lovely thing to do, and great for Christmas presents from the children!! It's a lovely relaxed atmosphere, and the staff are really lovely- we whiled away a very pleasant 2 hours on a wet Saturday, and will happily do so again!
Even though we were an all adult group, we were warmly welcomed. We had great fun painting our chosen items in a lovely relaxed atmosphere where we could simply chat. I imagine this might not be the case if you visit as an adult-only group during the school holidays! So, if this is what you are hoping for, pick your time wisely.
