An unforgettable day. The food was of the highest quality, i had never seen a whole pig spit roasted before - other than in the movies. Tasted fantastic.

Cannot be faulted. Great communication in preparation of the event, making my life much easier. Everything was sorted, from napkins to table cloths - and they were there well ahead of time to start with the roasting! Superb service.
