WOW, the difference in this dealership to others I have dealt with recently is astounding, from the first hello how may we help to the last enjoy your new car we where treated like we Mattered, Daniel Williamson greeted me on a cold evening and helped me choose the perfect family vehicle he kept us informed from ordering to delivery which was super quick, the service we received surpassed all of expectations and we had the new car feeling and still do, I can honestly say I don’t think I would ever consider another dealership the guys at spirit Hyundai riverside especially Dan are spot on ,knowledgeable and down to earth thank you so very much

WOW! What a service.... I had been to other dealers recently but without success or any sort of follow up from then. Then I made enquiries online with Spirit Hyundai. The very next day Daniel Williamson contacted me and we discussed my options for a new car, he spent the time discussing different specifications to make sure the car I chose was \fit for purpose\ he completed ALL of the paperwork and sent to me electronically (to save me having to visit the premises as I am shielding currently) basically he \held my hand\ all the way through (not literally, of course) he keep me informed of the progress and expected delivery date. Sure enough he kept to the delivery date and booked a time slot for me to collect (allowing at least an hour between customers to ensure everything is sanitised to the Government guidelines) When I collected the car, he made sure there was no direct contact, and keys had been sanitized before I picked them up. Once inside the car, Daniel went through all of the features from a distance and stayed with me until I was happy. He was very pleasant to deal with, he is knowledgeable about all of the cars on offer, and the different levels of spec/finish, reliable in contacting me when he said he would, and literally did everything to ensure a smooth, problem free transaction. Thank you Daniel! :-)
I picked up my new car today and wanted to say Thank You so much Spirit Hyundai Northampton. To be honest I was a bit weary going into a car dealership from previous experiences at different companies. How wrong was I? Graham was amazing, no pressure, upfront and honest, courteous and put me totally at ease. Loved the additional touch today, with the sign in the front window when collecting the car. Graham explained everything made sure I was happy. Happy days...... thanks again Graham, you certainly are an asset for Hyundai Northampton....highly recommended!!!!!
Just wanted to say how thankful I was for the support of Hyundai Assist and the team at Spirit Hyundai. Although they were fully book for the next 10 days, they were able to squeeze it in, diagnosed the problem and had be back on the road quickly. Whilst my car was with them, Hyundai assist provided a courtesy car which due to the short turn around was only needed for 1 day.
Fantastic service, clear paperwork on what was actually carried out. My car was fully valeted after the service was completed.
