Have used Minster Windows over the last 30 years for all our needs, just had a new Conservatory built with tile effect roof, and as in the past we are absolutley delighted with the end result, attention to detail excellent. Highly recommend the company... Thank you once again, Team Minster....
They used to be a good company , used them a lot in the past. Did until it took them 3months to replace a unit in a window and said they had been too busy. But then was able to come the next working day!! Been phoning them since may as one if the units they put in has blown again. Still not been and it's now September. Phoned last week they said paperwork was on the desk and they just been discussing about coming out.... oh guess what still not been. Maybe they can't see the address as probably been using it as a coaster. Thinking enough is enough and looking at ways I can take this further if they don't soon come.
Definitely not the best quality windows, a large amount of our windows have had problems in the warranty period but when you phone them about the problem it can take upto a year to come out to it and on our last issue it was just out of warranty and received a bill for it without any warning at all. If I had my chance again I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole , and funnily enough I see his missus has a burger van on a local carboot and there was people taking bacon sandwiches back because they was raw meat so it looks like quality doesn't run in the family.
