Trained here for the first time, while on holiday at Holywell Bay. Decent gym had a fantastic workout. The owner Spike was very helpful and polite. I would highly recommend this gym if you live in Newquay or want to do some serious training while in the area!!

Trained here when me and a few lads were working on the new hotel refurbishment really welcomed bye the locals definitely worth a visit thanks for a good training session.

Great gym, friendly, easy no tie in contract fees, just Pay as you go, weekly, monthly or Yearly!
Really don’t get the reason for it only being open to 18 no other gym is, koncept is better tbf anyway
