Had some glasses break and they were repaired and posted back to me brand new! Amazing service and I wouldn't buy glasses from anywhere else now. Service goes a long way for me. The bonus of this great service is the amazing offers and great prices they have too. Highly recommended!

I'm really impressed! I really wasn't sure what model cycling goggles to buy and which model would suit my prescription needs. I sent an email and it was answered within an hour. I had some other annoying questions so I used the online webchat function and again, it was answered swiftly. Finally I decided on the one I wanted and the goggles plus prescription inserts were delivered to my door within 5 days! But...duh, silly me I didn't know how to clip the inserts onto the frame so I phoned the store up - the kind lady helped me over the phone and voila! I now have some excellent cycling goggles. So pleased with the service and the product. Will definitely buy again!!!

I decided to go for this company because they stated 100%satisfaction guaranteed. What a joke! I sent my glasses with the prescription and I received the pair which I can't use, they are making me dizzy and don't make me see any better with neither of my eyes. The price wasn't specially amazing compared to the shop and the shipping was very fast. After I emailed them to tell them about my case they said that I needed to make a new order to get any changes on my glasses. My advice is go to an actual shop where people can take responsibility for their products sold!
