Spencers were excellent throughout all of our dealings with them. Sarah negotiated across the chain quickly and calmly, holding everything together with very capable hands several times. She was the go-to person throughout the process, often able to find information when nobody else could, always professional and friendly. When the time comes we will happily return to them, and recommend them.
I have no hesitation in recommending Spencers of Ringwood. Sarah was a pleasure to deal with. She was honest and transparent in all her actions. Ours was a complex sale and Sarah negotiated it in a professional yet sensitive way. I only wish I had been able to purchase with them too.
