Lovely cafe, we used the cafe for a project and the owner was kind, helpful and trusted us to lock up when we had finished. I will go back and have food once lockdown is over. Just want to say thank you for your hospitality.

This was my third visit to Cheltenham and Spencer's over the last couple of year. It is just a great place to visit, with it's lively atmosphere and diversity. The Spencer's team do good food and serve it so very well, minus any flouncing fussing and flights of fancy. The taste and quality of the cuisine is simply top-notch.

My \go to\ local cafe whenever I venture into town. Great food, price and service. Love the huge Omelettes you get. Been going for years. If I do eat somewhere else I compare this place as a benchmark. It's not been beaten yet.

The staff here are really lovely and there's lots of room. I don't think it's amazing but I don't think that's their end goal either. If you want a decent coffee it's definitely worth a trip, so much better value than Costa or Starbucks and they genuinely serve decent coffee unlike Starbucks which seems to burn it somehow despite their entire situation being about making good coffee.... Didn't eat here but looked at the food being served around and would go back for a snack if I was hungry. Looked a lot better then some of the other similarly styled / priced cafes in chelt.
