Very Caring and Understanding opticians

Appointment only. Person comes to the door for entry. Seating has partitions so waiting area is safe. Love the new equipment so that the optition does not have to come near you. Also the new test although it's another 10 to see behind the eyes. A good experience in such difficult times

Really thought about customer care during the covid crisis. I had phoned up to make an appointment and showed evidence of this and unfortunately they couldn't find me or my son on the system. Instead of turning us away the manager was very supportive and helpful and we were able to be squeezed in and accomadated for and went the extra mile for customer service. Everyone was very professional and polite and my son loves his new frames.
