So my husband had an appointment today at 4:45. He stood waiting for quite a while before someone actually asked if he was being seen to. They had seen him stood there! The routine tests were done and he went in to see the optician. They seemed to think he was a new customer as they couldn’t find his notes. Eventually they did. All staff seemed curt and ready to go home. If they don’t want customers that close to closing, they shouldn’t take bookings for then! He asked for a rough guide to how much new glasses would be and the young man sent to talk to him was definitely ready to go home! I understand things are different at this time, but the cheerful happy to help staff that have greeted us for years have either left or unfortunately for my husband, had the day off! He just left in the end without ordering new glass

Excellent service at this opticians. Always timely, efficient, nothing is too much trouble. Huge selection of frames and you are never rushed. Brilliant.

Superb staff, wonderful manager - extremely professional and nothing is too much trouble. Even when they're busy, they keep calm and do the best they can. This is definitely the best branch I've been to as they're extremely accomodating and helpful with issues such as broken frames, consistently repairing mine quickly and then offering me a full replacement frame and lenses of my choice for free. Couldn't be happier.
