Supervisor Tracey In Rustington Specsavers store is an awesome customer service representative. Tracey always gives a full ten point service when I deal with a Specsavers optician. Tracey even remembers my name from memory every time she sees me. Even if someone else would serve me, Specsavers optician Tracey will always come ask how are you . I also work in the customer service industry. And I know very well what is professional and good customer service. Tracey provides complete service and focuses on the customer in person. And always take the customer's needs first.

They have recently stopped offering 2 for 1 on kids glasses and also lots of hidden cost to add things on so I need up spending a fortune for my sons glasses when it should be free.. Currently looking for a new optician.

I turned up Unannounced, a very friendly young lady by the name of Sarah met me at the door (covid restrictions in place). I told her that I had 2 pairs of glasses ( mine and my wife's ) that were in need of repair. She attended to them straight away and ten minutes later I went away happy. Very impressed.

Good and thorough testing, watch out for the price of the frames they recommend! Usually cheaper ones if you look around the store.
