I had my eye test at redcar specsavers & was told not drive with immediate effect as my eye sight did not meet the driving standards. As I had cataract & was told I required surgery . Been to see specialist and I dont have cataract.!! So the appointment was wasted when someone else who needed one could of had it .Have had meetings with redcar specsavers manager to discuss how they had made such a big mistake & why the lady had not done my eye test correctly they are not really bothered I wasn't allowed to drive & the impact it had on my life !! I would recommend that you go else where as you cannot trust the test your given .I had a retest at boots and totally different results & will always use boots from now on .take my advise & stay away from the redcar specsavers eye tests

Great service and aftercare. My only gripe is the location of the seating area. As it's right at the back, you've got to walk past all the service bays to get a seat. Must be terrible when they're busy.
