Had my eye test at a local recommend opticians. Was not happy with them. Took my prescription to Specsavers. Very nice lady on reception! Explained my situation and was immediately invited in. Was offered exactly what I wanted with no over selling. Excellent. Got the frames I needed and had them fitted. Within a week they were ready to collect. Fitted perfectly by the young girl who could not have been more professional IMO. 10 out of 10!

This was my first time at Specsavers. It was recomended to me by my boss and i must say this has been a really good experience for me. A day before my glasses snapped in half and i decided it is time for something new. I made an online booking. It was so easy! I showed up the next day here and the staff are just amazing. I am usually a person who is a little bit hard to please when it comes to people but they were all so great! i felt like I've been coming here for years. So thank you. And the pricing is very nice.
