Lovely to see and choose, fabulous optician, once paid and chosen your glasses, but when I went to pick up your glasses they were rude and couldn't be bothered with you, just made sure they didn't fall off and sent you on your way. I couldn't see due to steaming up as the weather was cold and wet.

Had a helpful and positive experience today. I purchased an extra pair of glasses from an online company during lock down as my usual specsavers ( Oswestry) was closed. They have never fitted correctly so with another impending lock down I called in to have them fitted properly. The technician identified they were not purchased there but was happy to adjust them for me free of charge there and then. Thank you very much! Covid safe environment too!

The reason for the low stars. As one of your staff whilst trying on frames. Was very overbearing, dominating, trying to push the customer as fast as she could, whilst choosing frames. Her opinion was all that mattered. She chose the frames. Had them ready as I walked in the door. Very condescending attitude. Was so put out that she had to wait. Very overbearing, that i had the cheek to choose my own frames. Which took all of approx 2 minutes. So sorry that I took so long. So sorry that she had to clean the frames. Absolutely disgusting,

Helpful staff and fruendly but I think it's unfair that antiglare is recommended at an extra cost but on 2 pairs that's quite costly for myself being a carer. Why can't carers get some financial help? It's bad enough having to buy glasses (which are pricey) but having to pay extra for a scan, then anti glare is alot when on a low income.Carers health is something that is always poor especially when getting older. To have eye care compromised on the 2nd pair is poor care from specsavers themselves. Every where else I've been the field test has been done automatically not just if optician suggests it,it wasn't done when I had my test and this was the reason given when I called.. Staff lovely but for these reasons I'm saying 3 stars.I asjed for help with antiglare on 2nd pair but no
