Regarding to staff everyone is really gentle and kind, helpful. My problem is the variety and diversity from the glasses you can choose. What I mean is, you can find same frame 4-5 times it's just the brand that changes. Ending up choosing the pair of glasses that felt ok the most, but it didn't felt that was the pair for me. I would be ok to pay for something at a greater price if that matched because glasses is something for us that we have to wear most of the day.

Lovely lady fixed my glasses, the lenses had come out on one side, I didn't have to queue, or wait long neither. All Covid restrictions in place, appointment only to be seen, call up the branch to make an appointment. I can see clearly NOW!

Went into Specsavers today 14/9/2020 was treated extremely well by all staff. In particular the lady who did my eye test (Tahima Ali) was really professional and interested in what I said, as well as the young man who came with me when I chose my glasses (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) Overall all staff I saw made it a good experience, Thank you! Would highly recommend

Terrible experience today at Specsavers Burnley. After three visits to this opticians for contact lenses, I have incredibly sore eyes and I feel a little traumatised by the whole experience. Mrs Salmon was incredibly patronising and gave very poor instructions about how to put contacts lenses in and didn't even tell me how to remove. Even Lisa on reception was rude and unhelpful. Avoid this opticians and go across the way to Boots!
