Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Worthing

Had a very early appointment for an eye test, and I was in-and-out in just 20mins. Alot of extra precautions are being undertaken because of the pandemic, including the cleaning of everything you may touch, or use. I felt safe whilst in the premises, and would urge others with appointments due not to worry, and go.

Great service from Tobias and the contact lens upstairs team after a few trial lenses they have prescribed me mono vision contacts which enable me to see short and long distance with out the need for my specs all I need now is a bit of sunshine and Raybans to go over the top ... great customer service highly recommended .

Have gone back to specsavers from a local opticians because they are far better value for money but I've dropped a star as they put a new optician on the appt for my children. Please don't do this they just don't have the patience.. She took an hour to do an eye test on a 14 Yr old!

The eye test was excellent..so professional with the process and the results explained in a clear way. I was also impressed with the helpful service of the lady who assisted with frame selection. I explained that I would return with my wife to make a final choice, for which,i was told, an appointment would be needed. So i called to make an appointment, nothing available...how disappointing. So I will have to use my specsavers prescription at boots, and spend my 440.. you couldn't make it up!
