I’ve just been to Specsavers in Winchester High Street store for my first contact lenses. I was really anxious as I have dry eyes and everyone in the family struggled so much with contacts. However the lovely lady thought me in about 10 mins how to pop them in and remove them! Kayley was amazing, really patient, and professional the whole time and really smiley and friendly too! She answered all my questions, and and I’m very happy with the service I received! Also got a month supply for free to try out! Very good service thank you!

I can't fault the service we were given last Thursday everyone was so kind and friendly, they have spent a lot of time and money making it covid safe for both themselves and the public. The optician we saw put us at ease straight and took extra time to answer my questions and show and explain the new photo images to me. A very professional but extremely friend service. Will definitely recommend to anyone.

Was OK just felt very pressured to pick and pay for glasses as quickly as possible after the test with very little time for consideration of the actual products. Sales pitches are pretty full on too
