Won’t be returning to this optician. After two paid visits in recent months, I’ve called twice since and left messages with two different employees asking to speak to an optician about my condition. On both occasions I was promised this would happen only to have nobody bother returning my calls at all. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in future. They’re only interested when you’re a paying customer....no after service at all.

Welcoming store.. The optometrist Ziggy was very professional and patient with me the whole entire time. Ziggy also explained my eye tests results very thoroughly. Will definitely reccomend!!
Watford shop is spacious, and the Covid 19 measures made me feel safe. My eye test I thought was well conducted and thorough. Staff helpful and courteous.
Ziggy was absolutely great looking after me and explaining what was happening with my eyes. He made the experience a lot easier for me and I would recommend specsavers to anyone
