Absolutely spot on. Genuinely a super visit. I booked an eye test and it was a great experience. The technician was very helpful and when i got to see the optician, she explained everything very fully and took me back in to double check something when I changed my mind about an item. I also had great service from a shopfloor trainee who was most attentive. She gave me candid advice on what she thought, while i tried on frames. As I didn't have anyone visiting with me. I felt reassured and confident i made the best choices, when I left. To return in 2 weeks when my glasses are ready to pick-up.

Been using this Branch for years for glasses and contact lenses. Always helpful, friendly and efficient even for little things like repairs. I’m moving from the area but not so far that I’ll change opticians.
