Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Truro

Just been today for an eye test and everyone there was gorgeous and so helpful! I’ve never received such amazing customer service before EVER. They were completely safe, social distancing and making antibacterial hand gel available literally everywhere. The optician was lovely and was even mindful of not messing up my makeup lovely ladies and I’ll be coming back to this store again for sure, even if it’s not my closest. Thank you so much

You can still book an eye test appointment online or call the local branch. They have a safe covid practice in place where everything is wiped clean beforehand and afterwards between appointments. Staff in Truro are very friendly and helpful and very polite.

In this time of turmoil, how reassuring it is to have a reliable, courteous, professional staff in an opticians to monitor the health of our eyes!! Staff very helpful and informative. Nice to have all my questions answered and eye condition explained. Plenty of time to choose frames and check out most suitable one.

Great service, first visit after COVID- 19 restrictions. Felt very safe. Loving the personal 1-2-1 service which for me is a great improvement on the previous conveyor belt style customer service in a very busy environment.
