I can't thank them enough, excellent service from start to finish! Having suffered from impaired hearing all my life, I decided to bite the bullet and get a pair of hearing aids. Right from the start of the process with the audio test, through to having my nice new hearing aids fitted, they held my hand. Thank you Matt and everyone at Tavistock for making my experience second to none!

Frustrating after being advised to get glasses which arrived twice weeks ago with the frames all scratched. I called the store same day Saturday to be told a new frame would be ordered and will arrive within two days. I waited a week but no news so I called again and have been told the same two more days. Now several days later still no news. I feel being sold the glasses was important to them but after care has been very poor and I still have scratched frames on my first pair of glasses with no calls from the store about the new frames. Dissapointed to say the least.
First class is how I would describe Specsavers in Tavistock. Felt secure throughout. Friendly helpful staff that go the extra mile.
