Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Swansea

I visited today and had a really good experience. All the staff I saw were friendly and attentive and knowledgeable both during the eye test and in selecting suitable frames. A thorough eye test was given and staff helped me choose frames to suit. Glasses were great value at buy one get one free from 69 range. I was not rushed at all throughout the whole process, was seen on time and felt safe in store with the distancing measures in place and hand sanitizers available.

Staff were very friendly and quick love my new glasses and the safety straps are alot more tighter and don't slip off

If you want good quality glasses and good service don't go to Specsavers. I've had problems with the coating on their lenses and even though they are supposed to be guaranteed for two years they would not change them more or less blaming their condition on the fact that I wear makeup go figure?!!!, glasses and staff have gone way down hill of late save yourself the expense and and trouble and get your specs in a more professional opticians,also great offers online check them out .
