Had to visit to check on a possible case of retinal detachment. Imogen the optician was very thorough , reassuring and professional as were all the staff. Covid control was also excellent and as a public health professional I know. My prescription was pretty unchanged so there was absolutely no pressure put on me to purchase new spectacles. Faultless service. How a business should be run.

The hearing aid department at Stratford on Avon Specsavers is second to none. The whole experience from hearing test to fitting and detailed explanation of the aids themselves was excellent. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
