Absolutely appalling my son's designer glasses took three weeks to arrive! Was phoned to say they arrived but they had ordered the wrong frames! My designer glasses were completely the wrong prescription been back twice and still can't see to read with them never again. They cram too many people in the shop with covid going on this should be limited as the seating space is very limited.

Leeds castle is a beautiful place with lots of history and lots of birds. Our children love the Maze and play areas too.

Very safety conscious. All staff in masks and gloves. Queuing system, sanitiser before you get in the shop, glasses to try on all sanitised after you try them. I am always pleased with the service here and this visit was no exception.
