Can't knock em. They got this down. Service good, absolutely no problem to repair current glasses, provide free replacement case. Thanks guys very good
I've been going here a good few years, polite staff. They picked up an eye problem which Boots Opticians never did! They offer a good range of glasses at affordable prices.
A good opticians, but, went there yesterday to pick some new glasses, explained to the lady that my bank card had been broken only a few hours prior to my visit, so was it possible to pay in a different way. She explained that I could pay over the phone instead- brilliant. Arranged a time for her to call me; I waited for the call, but nothing. So now, 24 hours after my appointment I’ve been unable to get hold of the branch to pay for my glasses because nobody will answer, and I live too far away just to go to another town to pay for some glasses. There’s just no great communication going on and I’m really worried that I can’t get my new glasses now. Wouldn’t advice to pay over the phone if they offer it, obviously it’s a service they can’t keep up with and that’s a real shame.
Quite a convenient location, easy to get to. The staff were very friendly and efficient, helping everyone in these odd times.
