Our puppy damaged my frame, I called and within 24 hours I had been seen and my frame replaced all for just 29.00. Brilliant, the service could not have been better.

I went back to my local Specsavers with my new glasses which I wasn't happy with. The outcome could not have been better. The staff, and in particular 'tall' Paul, were intent on solving the problem. It was, and to my complete satisfaction.
Seen at short notice by the manager, Gina, to check my eye pressures as I was concerned about possible effects of a recent hospital examination. A thorough check was given, even though this is a very busy time for opticians, and a caring and helpful manner displayed. An excellent service.

Eye test and staff were great and helpful until it came to actually providing my prescribed glasses. Was told I need them for driving and general day to day bits, was given a date they would arrive, didn't turn up. Given a further date. Not turned up. Now being told I'll just have a phone call when they arrive. Not overly happy.
