Brilliant service! My son was a little nervous, as it was his first eye test. But the Optometrist we had- Shamir, was brilliant! He reassured my son and explained everything so well, that he was totally at ease and enjoyed the whole experience.

Always really friendly and helpful staff at this store. They are really accommodating and great with my 3 year old when she has to visit for her glasses. Highly recommended

I feel so lucky that I had Priyanka and Shane looking after me today! Shane was amazing in helping me find the right glasses which sometimes feels like finding a needle in a haystack. Shane also went out of his way to find me the best deal and in the meantime managed to fix my crooked glasses which I thought were beyond repair! Thank You Shane and Priyanka!

Very courteous, helpful, professional and efficient team. Highly advise to phone to take an appointment as it is a popular shop. Located 1 minute outside Richmond station.

Eye test good but Chris tried to up sell at any opportunity, anti-glare that he failed to mention doesn't work for some people. Also, on choice of frames said he was showing me the more expensive frames so that I would know the difference in quality and then trying to up sell to bifocals. Economical with the truth! Must be on commission or some such!
