The carpark is behind the building but if you walk towards the Royal Mail area there is an alley through to the front. Specsavers were a brilliant bunch of people that all worked like a well oiled machine. Their constantly cleaning after each customer and their focus on customer service is exceptional. I will encourage ANYONE to go here if they like to feel welcome.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the staff at Specsavers Port Talbot for seeing me yesterday (Saturday) afternoon at very short notice. I had a very painful eye and was given an examination by their very kind and professional Optician who went on to arrange an immediate emergency appointment at the eye clinic at Singleton Hospital. Because of this excellent service I was diagnosed with quite a nasty eye condition called 'Iritis'. I was given immediate medication and can honestly say that today (Sunday), I am feeling much better and also have been given a follow up Hospital appointment. Thank you again Specsavers x
Called in to the shop today with my spare glasses. One of the lenses had come out, I told the staff member who was helping me and she showed them to the manager who changed the frame for a new one instantly
Excellent service. Social distancing in place and sanitizing of frames after customers trying them on made me feel safe.
