What a brilliant store The staff are always helpful, caring and attentive It doesnt matter how busy they are AND THEY ARE BUSY!!! Nothing is too much trouble I'd like to say a special thank you to the optician I saw today She was so kind caring and explained everything to me in detail Thank you spec savers !!!!

Its an optician not sure what else to say. Good selection of frames but as with all these specialist lenses are the biggest cost.

Had the best experience. Ioanna (one of the opticians) is just amazing. Haven’t laughed so much in an eye exam before! All of the staff were fantastic, despite being understaffed and rushed off of their feet. I visited on the 1st December and everything was so pleasant. Thankyou specsavers Plymouth. You’re all brilliant \u003c3
