Brilliant place with excellent staff, no wonder it is so busy. Need to book because of Covid-19 but they will always do their best.
It was ok and reasonably safe until they wanted to fit the new glasses on the door step. They were more than happy to have other customers standing next to you on the door step.. poor experience..
Jo was very welcoming and patient with clients who did not understand the need for appointment booking and number of clients through the door control. Chelsea was very supportive and not pushy when I was trying to decide which glasses to order. Thank you for a brilliant expirience during this difficult time!
