Excellent consideration given to customer and staff safety during Covid.
I have been obtains glasses for the past few years from Specsavers I Newtown and found them to be very efficient and friendly.
I have used Newtown Specsavers since it opened. I have always found the staff to be pleasant and courteous. Having been to the shop three times since the Covid restrictions I was suitably impressed with the protocol and the well thought out procedures in place. I felt safe and reassured. I’d really like to point out that one staff member went above and beyond recently to help me obtain my new glasses, he was very informative and considerate. So thank you to all of the team but especially to Rob. All your efforts are truly appreciated.
Very safe, nice staff
