Was told could not have the style of glasses I wanted as was not in fashion. It what the customer wants not what told was kinda pressured into buying style not happy with soon got refund

Went here today for an eye test and I can't remember the last time the customer service anywhere was this good. Everything ran to schedule, the staff were friendly and polite, and COVID precautions were brilliant, I felt completely safe my chair and table were even cleaned before I sat down.

I went in recently with my Mother for her Cataract check and they were great. I give three stars not five as during my routine appointment I was told I needed to wear correction for reading and driving and tried to hard sell contact lenses. I was concerned this advice, my vision is better than my wife's when driving, so a trip to Swansea Hospital for a second opinion proved I did not need any correction for driving. I would say the Aneurin Bevan NHS service is 5 but the private assessment for that specific Optician is 1
