I highly recommend this Specsavers they repaired my glasses that I thought I had ruined. I bought many glasses from Specsavers in Winchester and really pleased that Newbury Specsavers is the same level of great customer service in fact I thought it was even better as they were sympathetic and so helpful. I look forward to buying my next glasses from Newbury branch

Fantastic service. Very customer friendly and welcoming, patient and very covid aware. currently a timeslot is given, wait less than 2 minutes and someone will ask if you are being helped. All frames touched by people are sanatised. Staff are incredibly passionate about their customers and very understanding. Eyesight test areas are also sanitised between appointments. If only other companies call centres can adopt the same behaviour. Well done Specsavers.
Really good covid precautions, appointments ran on time and staff were all being really good about distance and hygiene.
Very friendly staff and service is excellent.
Extremely professional approach. Spoilt by late appointment.
