Bought a pair of glasses here spent 130 but found them uncomfortable to wear. I went back to the store few days later asking to change them for s different pair and the lady only altered them for me she refused to let me change them.. service i think is appalling and my glasses i can not wear.. total waste of money.

Absolutely FABULOUS customer service I received this morning in Morriston. I knocked the door to ask if they could screw an arm back on my glasses. The young man was so polite & helpful, he took my glasses inside while I waited outside, 5 minutes later they were fixed. I then asked \how much\ & he said it's free, \It's only screw\ What customer service is that ?? Awesome ! thank you Specsavers

Had an appointment to pick up my 4 year old daughter's first ever pair of glasses, we weren't aloud in (even though we had an appointment) they didn't check to see if her new glasses fit correctly and they didn't check if she could see ok with them on ...all of these 'little' details would normally have been done (as they were previously with my eldest), I guess it's because of covid ...but why give an appointment time if its not an appointment? I had to do the checks myself as I didn't want to return to be left standing outside again in the rain with my child. Hopefully the customer service (after the eye test) will improve as we all adjust to 'covid19' times
