After having a bad experience customer service wise at the Ashington branch I decided to give this branch a try since I was in the area and I'm so so pleased I did. I did use a prescription from another opticians but their prices were to high so I looked at the 2 for 1 offer here. The female who served me told me about my prescription and I honestly learned more in 10 minutes here than I did at my actual opticians appointment in another place.I found 2 fabulous pairs of glasses they both came within a week, I was kept up to date by the staff and they were all fabulous. They made me feel very welcome and the whole experience felt very personalised which I loved they seized my completed glasses up so they fit perfectly and reassured me with their guarantee. Thank you so much you guys should give some other branches customer service training.
I visited the store today with the arm of my glasses hanging precariously. The young man (sorry didn’t get his name but he had a beard and was very smart) in the shop was so helpful and polite. Fixed my glasses in a jiffy. Thank you so much
