The staff in here are really friendly and attentive. They are happy to take the time to guide you through what you want, be it glasses or hearing aids. They don't pressure you to get the most expensive item, and they give you clear choices and try to save you money to make it as cheap as possible if you are on a budget. The store is clean, bright and well laid out.

Recently went to the broadwalk store. Had my eyes tested, and then saw a lovely young lady who went through everything with me, I explained I had a recent diagnosis’s and the lady was so helpful with my new condition and treatment! She gave me some helpful advice!! And her knowledge was outstanding! A different lady helped me choose my new glasses and was extremely helpful and made me feel a lot more at ease choosing my new glasses, it was a very friendly welcoming visit and I’ll definitely use this store every year from now on!! A massive Thank You to all the helpful staff
