I will write the positive aspects of this visit first The doctor in the eye test inside does his excellent job with great care. The lady who took the x-ray was very beautiful, smiling and good at her job. My previous glasses were very nice, they were thin Was 3.25 And my choice was 2 as thin I went to triple thin so my new glasses were not too thick 4.25 This morning when I go to pick it up I was shock when I saw my glasses The glasses had such a thickness that it has nothing to do with triple thinning. So it is so thick that this three-fold thinning is more than twice as thick, despite the other two Do not spend your money in vain to refine it because you cannot get what you want, they do it according to their mind. I am not happy with this service. My glasses were too thick and too heavy. I bought those glasses. The numbers on the warden's defense glasses have grown so thick, I am already paying extra money for not being thick, but you do not get what you pay I told you at the beginning, you said ok on the phone because I want thin glasses, but there was no thinness in the glasses. I see it well, but the glasses are too thick. I am not satisfied at all. I definitely do not recommend it here.

I lost my lower left field vision after a stroke. 2 years down the line.....The Hardwick store team ESPECIALLY Steve were amazing. Just to let you all know in store that I now have my licence back ! I was about to come down with card and goodies as a huge thank you but covid hit and you are closed ️ I will visit and thank you all personally soon as I can. You truly are amazing and supported me and my family so much. THANK YOU. Lots of love .....Vanessa xx

Went for daughters glasses,fine. Went twice to get mine sorted gave up eventually,they couldn't get my prescription right
