Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Hucknall

Professional and lovely staff. My daughter's eye appointment was on her birthday, staff of Hucknall specsaver made her day by arranging a birthday unicorn balloon on her arrival. That was a great surprise. Thank you for that. This shows how staff of specsaver care about their customers. Highly recommended.

A easy visit to get some specs ordered, no hassles at all

My husband received a letter reminding him that he was due for a routine eye appointment at Hucknall Specsavers. He booked an appointment for this morning and received two reminders (email and a text). On arrival he was informed that he couldn't be seen unless his glasses were broken or he had an eye problem. Apparently the staff had decided that due to the impending lock down on Thursday they were not conducting eye tests. My husband is 73 years old with worsening cataracts and had travelled 5 miles to this appointment. He asked why they hadn't had the decency to phone this morning to tell him - no answer. Is this the way to treat a long standing Specsavers customer who is in the highly vulnerable age group and only going out when really necessary?

Used Specsavers for many years. Despite lockdown service still good. Should you have a problem with your specs they will happily fix them. Good eyetest with latest equipment. The range of specs is large, some pairs a little fragile but no worse than others. You tend to get what you pay for. The staff at Hucknall are courteous and efficient.
