This place is quite busy but has a great customer service and fantastic optometrist who is the boss there. The staff is very nice and friendly especially Joanna and the other Polish girl. Highly recommended!

Good service
Was very pleased with the service my daughter and I got. I ended up paying alot more than first thought as the staff were very informative, and as a non wearer of glasses I became well educated on what was available for my daughter. The staff are a delight. Brightened up our day.
I saw Tajinder today in audiology. She offered a fantastic and friendly service and took time to explain what needed to be done and helped me with further appointments and treatment for my condition. I cannot recommend Specsavers Hounslow more highly after the excellent service I received from Tajinder.
The people working here were really helpful despite looking like they weren't paid enough to be there (which is probably true). Good experience
