Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Hertford

Couldn't have asked for a better optician, my eye test was done by Chirag Patel, he was friendly and helpful, went out of his way to help me understand my retinopathy, having been called back to the hospital for another test 3months after my last appointment (appointments are usually a year apart), he completely put mind at ease. The staff were very friendly and processed my order for my glasses quickly and efficiently, also booking my appointment to have them fitted. Thoroughly recommend Specsavers in Hertford

Overall very good, needed to get their ten minutes before my appointment, but that was fine. It was clean and the staff helpful, but very busy. I paid a very small extra amount for the optical tests for glaucoma etc (about ten pounds) and I would say this is very worthwhile. Thanks to all.

Very attentive staff but a bit too much upselling. I just wanted glasses.
