Exceptional service, very friendly staff and immaculate COVID safety controls. A few weeks ago I called up as my 17 year old sons glasses arm broke off. They offered a triage that afternoon and after I explained that it was his only pair they replaced the whole frame for just 15 just to make sure it wasn’t a weak frame. I was amazed. Then I took an eye test using a work voucher. The Covid control is very effective but discreet. The triage was straightforward, relaxing and the following opticians appointment was thorough and not rushed. Frame selection was easy and relaxed. Good advice from another fully gowned member of the team and careful control and cleaning of the ones I had touched. 2 weeks later and I collected my glasses. Excellent adjustment and care in making sure they were right. Again with full glove and gown change after every customer. If anyone needs a lesson in customer service and Covid control then go to the team at Specsavers Haverhill. My wife has her eye test there tomorrow. Well done to the team. Merry Christmas
