Amazing service. Phoned first thing to ask for an emergency app. Spoke to Connie who was extremely understanding and caring. Got an app 30 minute later to come in and get checked. Not sure what the optician who saw me name was but he was extremely professional, kind and thorough. I can't fault the service at Hamilton Specsavers and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Checked website before driving to Larkhall, arrived to find they were closed. Gave benefit of doubt and drove to Hamilton to find it was shut too. Maybe the sign maker should've gone to Specsavers
My existing glasses were damaged due to the exploits of a mischievous African Grey parrot. Contacted Specsavers (Hamilton branch) who were able to fit me in within a couple of hours. The optical assistant who dealt with me throughout the process from initial phone call to final fitting and payment was helpful, polite, courteous and infinitely patient. Have not received my glasses yet but I have been promised that the after care service will iron out any issues I may have. Considering my experience so far I don't doubt it. Well done.
