Went today to pick up my glasses at Forfar spec savers once again very welcoming professional staff, Sean took care of my glasses I’m a very happy customer looking forward to many more years with spec savers

Missed my appointment by 15 minutes, and thought i could maybe wait and get in for my quick co tact check, been customer for years so hoped it would be ok. Staff all perfect as usual, but something not the same though. Today i think specsavers has changed, so if now im not valued as once was then time to find another optician after my rescheduled contact check. Def not a fan as i was before, hope their wallpaper starts to fall off. As i couldnt get my contact check im without backup contacts and without my contact lens solution ... went in following day and was charged 4 for 100ml absolute robbery. i get 3x 250ml bottles with my contact lenses (when i get them) for 12, so normally 4 for 250ml, but during tough times im charged 4 for 100ml. Not a happy bunny ...
Great service. Eye test was great and everything explained. Charley was very patient and helpful with me when chosing new glasses. Staff all very friendly. Plenty hand sanitizer available if you want to use.
Very helpful staff, getting my eyes tested was a pleasant enough experience.
Great to get a check up now waiting on new lenses.
