Very happy with my recent experience to the Falmouth branch. The manager happened to serve me and he dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Picked up two new pairs of prescription glasses within a few days. Very good service !

staff appear to be unsure how to answer the telephone, are rude and wonder round the store aimlessly while customers are made to wait for long periods of time. The inside of the store is quite literally falling to pieces. Time for a revamp, what a joke
