I've been going to this branch now for about 7 years and always experienced professional and friendly service. I had previously had a couple of bad experiences with another branch of Specsavers and was almost ready to move to a different optician but I came to this branch almost by chance and have never regretted it. I would definitely recommend.

I recently attended the shop for an emergency appointment. All the staff (so sorry I can't remember names due to severe head pain) were very professional and customer service was excellent. Very attentive and helpful and kept me informed of the treatment I received. Highly recommended as great customer service. Thanks everyone for looking after me.
