Well my opinion of Specsavers Eastleigh has gone downhill fast. A human no longer answers the telephone. The recording asks to be left a message and they will get back. They rarely get back on this. The staff don’t seem to talk to each other. This results in mixed messages and confusion to customers. Oh and your stereotyped reply does nothing to impress me or the reader I’m sure. At least you could pretend to care about the poor reviews you get. Even though you don’t.
